About this camp

The UT Dallas Deep-dive AI Workshop is an 8-week intensive, in-person program designed for passionate and highly motivated advanced-level high school students, typically those finishing 10th and 11th grade, who are at least 15 years old by the start date. Participants engage in practical learning opportunities focused on Python programming, data analysis, and advanced machine learning techniques. The workshop aims to equip students with the skills to apply artificial intelligence concepts to real-world projects, which may include simulations, app development, data analysis, or writing a research paper. Students are expected to work with minimal guidance, delving deep into AI and gaining valuable knowledge. Upon completion, campers receive a certificate and a write-up/recommendation letter based on their performance.

What a typical day looks like

A typical day runs Monday to Friday from 9:30am to 4pm, including an hour-long lunch break, with supervision provided from 9am to 4:30pm.
