About this camp

Camp Invention is a nationally acclaimed summer program designed for children in grades K-6, fostering creativity, innovation, and problem-solving through engaging, hands-on STEM activities. Participants develop essential 21st-century skills such as confidence, persistence, adaptability, and an entrepreneurial mindset by tackling real-world challenges. The all-new 2026 "Spark" program features dynamic experiences where campers explore forensic science with robotic capybaras, conduct buoyancy experiments, and ride the waves of entrepreneurship by designing billboard boats. They also build and launch DIY space rockets to transform planets using environmental science principles and learn about intellectual property while creating cryptography devices. The curriculum encourages collaborative learning, critical thinking, and the direct application of STEM concepts, all inspired by the world's greatest inventors.

Campers begin their day at Base Camp with a warm-up activity, then rotate through two hands-on experiences in the morning, followed by a break for lunch and outdoor games.
