The camp provides live 1:1 online classes with expert mentors and a STEM.org accredited robotics kit delivered to the student's home, ensuring personalized attention and hands-on learning.
Playto Labs Online Robotics Summer Camp offers an engaging and comprehensive virtual experience where children build real robots and develop essential STEM skills. The camp focuses on hands-on activities, allowing students to learn engineering and coding through live, one-on-one online classes with expert mentors. Participants receive a premium robotics kit delivered to their homes, which includes components for circuits, sensors, motors, and programmable boards. The curriculum, accredited by STEM.org and developed by alumni from institutions like Harvard and IIT, guides students through building projects, coding, and tackling real-world challenges. This approach fosters critical thinking, creativity, problem-solving, and confidence in applying technology.
Students will learn to build robotics projects and interactive systems, code games, apps, and websites, and grasp logical thinking and engineering fundamentals. The personalized 1:1 instruction ensures that each child receives undivided attention, allowing for tailored learning paces and in-depth exploration of concepts. Beyond the technical skills, the camp aims to spark a lasting interest in science and mathematics, preparing children for future careers in technology and innovation. Students can also participate in robotics competitions and receive a certification upon completion.
A typical day involves a live 1:1 online session with an expert mentor, where the student works on building real robotics projects using their delivered kit, practices coding, and engages in problem-solving activities.
This camp is ideal for curious children aged 8-16 who enjoy building, experimenting, coding, or understanding how machines work, and who thrive with personalized, hands-on learning.
