SPARK! Summer Explorers Camp offers weekly STEAM-based projects designed to ignite creativity and foster critical thinking in campers who have completed 2nd through 8th grade. Each week features a rotating theme, such as space exploration, underwater adventures, or safari creatures, ensuring a fresh and engaging experience. Campers delve into a variety of artistic disciplines including 2-D art, 3-D art, mixed materials, printmaking, and comic art. Beyond visual arts, the program integrates improvisation, storytelling, and creative movement to encourage self-expression and build confidence. Activities are structured to promote out-of-the-box thinking, teamwork, and leadership skills within a fun, immersive indoor playground environment. The camp aims to develop creative, independent thought and provide a unique blend of artistic and scientific exploration.
Camp runs from 10 AM to 4 PM, including rooftop yoga, 2-D and 3-D art rotations, lunch (brought by camper), creative playground time, and group projects.
